  • DLT transactions are subject to monitoring via the use of specialized software solutions : Chainalysis and Bitfury's Crystal. This allows us to detect suspicious coins from transactions related to theft, scams, hacks, darknet markets, money laundering, financing terrorism and other illegal activities.

  • In order to ensure that XBTFX is compliant with relevant laws and regulations cliets should note that deposit and withdraw methods should be the same. Clients depositing with digital assets will not be able to withdraw fiat and vice versa.
  • Clients wishing to deposit using DLT should familiarize themselves with how the technology works. Wrongly sent funds are usually unaccessible and are non-refundable. Clients should also be familiar with how sidechains work and ensure they only send funds to supported sidechains.
